Description
The SailPoint ISC Engineer will provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancement work for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The role includes managing Jira tickets, resolving technical and functional issues, supporting implementations and upgrades, maintaining API integrations, and collaborating with technical and business teams to improve identity and access management operations. The position is 100% remote and requires strong SailPoint ISC experience, production support experience, troubleshooting skills, Jira experience, REST API knowledge, and IAM understanding.
