R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Sales Account Executive for its Richmond, Virginia service center. The role focuses on selling transportation services, meeting personal sales targets, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, resolving customer problems, preparing proposals and contracts, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The position is scheduled for the first shift, Monday through Friday, and requires PC literacy, local market knowledge, and preferably two or more years of LTL motor freight sales experience and LTL operations knowledge.
