Description
ADT is hiring a field-based Sales Advisor to sell and recommend customized security, automation, and smart home solutions through in-home customer consultations. The role includes building customer trust, conducting follow-up visits after installation, generating referrals and new leads, and closing sales within a designated territory. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, access to a personal vehicle, comfort with technology, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. The position offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
