Oh My Cream is hiring a Sales Advisor on a permanent contract to work between two stores in the Marais, Paris. The role involves welcoming customers, advising on beauty products, conducting skin analyses, organizing in-store events, managing replenishment and inventory, and maintaining store order. The position requires solid knowledge of the beauty sector and experience in in-store sales; an aesthetics qualification is not required but is an asset. The schedule is 39 hours per week with two days off, including Sunday rotations, and includes training, health insurance, bonuses, variable commission, and other benefits.
