Mike’s Bikes is hiring a Sales Advisor to connect with customers, recommend bicycles and cycling gear, close sales, manage customer relationships through a CRM, maintain the sales floor and inventory, and support team operations. The role requires knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear, comfort with POS systems and basic office technology, customer communication skills, and the ability to lift bikes and move boxes. Starting pay is $18-$26 per hour with bi-weekly bonus potential, and medical and dental benefits are available to full-time employees.
