Description
The Sales Advisor provides friendly and expert advice, creates product orders, delivers on customer service, designs and places products and promotional items, labels prices, handles complaints, and contributes to product assortment. The role requires retail or skilled-trade experience, knowledge of garden and landscaping products or machinery, customer communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with digital merchandise systems; a forklift license or class B driving license is preferred.
