ADT is hiring a field-based Sales Advisor to sell security systems and smart home solutions directly to residential and small-business customers. The role involves visiting customers in their homes, consulting on needs, customizing systems, generating leads, closing sales, and conducting post-installation follow-ups. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, access to a personal vehicle, willingness to travel within a territory, strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfort with technology, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. The position offers uncapped commissions, paid training, insurance benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
