KIABI is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, provide fashion and look advice, set up displays, organize collections, and support checkout and fitting-room activities. The role requires interest in ready-to-wear fashion, customer service, versatility, autonomy, and the ability to manage an intense in-store schedule. Compensation is €1,823.03 to €1,870 gross per month excluding variable components, with profit-sharing, participation, a 25% product discount, and equity ownership.
