Description
The Sales Associate provides customer service and product demonstrations for Samsonite, maximizes sales through product knowledge and upselling, processes transactions, handles complaints and inquiries, and maintains store cleanliness, stock orderliness, and security. The role also includes opening and closing the store, stockroom administration, and following attendance and health-and-safety procedures. It requires previous retail experience, computer skills, physical ability to lift luggage up to 15 kg, teamwork, goal orientation, English proficiency, and flexibility.
