Acorn Insurance is hiring a Household Sales Agent in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. The role provides bespoke insurance quotations, manages existing and new customers, retains clients, upsells products, handles inbound and outbound calls, reviews renewal invites, checks policy data, and responds to renewal queries. Candidates need strong IT, data-entry, numeracy, literacy, communication, administration, organisational, and computer skills, along with previous sales or customer-service experience; insurance experience is preferable but not essential because full training is provided. The salary is £26,938 to £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus per annum, with 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
