Rust-Oleum is hiring a Sales Analyst for its Walmart department in Springdale, Arkansas. The role supports sales analytics and business insights, analyzes POS, inventory, financial, customer, and market data, produces sales performance reports, monitors replenishment and supply-chain metrics, evaluates category performance, and provides recommendations to Walmart merchant and national account teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience in a related business area, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The salary range is $70,000–$85,000, with bonus eligibility and benefits after 30 days.
