Hustler Marketing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Director to own and lead the company’s unified Sales and Marketing function, from lead generation through new-client acquisition and revenue growth. The role will audit and rebuild sales and marketing operations, develop acquisition and conversion strategies, manage pipelines and budgets, recruit and develop teams, and report performance to Company Leadership. It is a full-time, fully remote position with a fixed monthly salary in USD, uncapped performance-based commission, and contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
