Clients Blackbox is hiring a hands-on sales and marketing individual contributor to own the full B2B sales cycle and internal marketing for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving RIAs and independent financial advisory firms. The role covers discovery calls, pitching, pipeline management, objections, proposals, and contract negotiation on the sales side, while also managing Meta ad campaigns, broader marketing strategy, content, brand positioning, demand generation, and marketing asset creation. The position is fully remote in the United States, offers a $85,000 base plus commission with an estimated $150,000 OTE, and has a path toward leading a future sales and marketing team.
