Clients Blackbox, a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms, is hiring a hands-on individual contributor to own both sales and marketing. The role covers running the full B2B sales process from first call through close, including discovery, presentations, objections, proposals, and contract negotiation, while also managing internal Meta ad campaigns and broader marketing strategy such as content, brand positioning, demand generation, and asset creation. The position is fully remote in the United States, offers a base salary plus commission with OTE around $150,000, and has a path toward leading a future sales and marketing team.
