Dynamic Mechanical Solutions is hiring a Sales & Purchasing Operations Coordinator to manage the flow of customer orders through supplier purchasing, direct shipments, invoicing, and billing. The role involves creating and maintaining sales and purchase orders in NetSuite, tracking open orders and supplier deliveries, reviewing invoices, maintaining order records, and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and outside sales representatives. Experience in sales operations, purchasing, order processing, accounts payable, or industrial distribution is preferred, along with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and familiarity with business software and Microsoft Office.
