HSBC México is hiring a Service Executive to improve customer experience at a branch through fast, high-quality teller-window service, identify business opportunities, and promote products and services to current and potential customers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an economic-administrative or financial field or completed high school, at least six months of service or customer-service experience, and at least six months of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, and the position offers direct employment, a base salary, quarterly performance bonus, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, loans, discounts, and a career plan.
