Description
The Sales and Service Specialist supports Hertz’s Lyft and/or Uber rental car program by assisting with reservations, processing rentals, preparing vehicles for customer pickup, handling post-rental billing inquiries, answering program-related phone calls, and maximizing sales opportunities. The role requires customer service, communication, organization, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, and availability for flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, with overtime, holiday pay, sick pay, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision plan options.
