Description
The Mobility Specialist supports Hertz’s Lyft and/or Uber rental car program by assisting with reservations, rental processing, vehicle preparation, billing inquiries, customer service, and sales opportunities. The role requires customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and availability for flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and outdoor work. The stated wage is $17.50 per hour.
