Description
The Sales and Service Specialist, TNC supports Hertz’s Lyft and/or Uber rental car program by assisting with reservations, processing rentals, preparing vehicles for customer pickup, handling post-rental billing and roadside-assistance inquiries, and maximizing revenue through customer service and sales. The role requires customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, and availability for flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and outdoor work. Compensation is $17.00 per hour plus incentives.
