Description
Harvey Norman Commercial Division is hiring a full-time Sales & Service Support Coordinator in Mile End to support sales and service operations for the building and construction industry. The role handles client queries and stock delivery enquiries, processes purchase and sales orders, coordinates procurement and stock returns, follows up service calls, maintains product knowledge, and liaises with Sales Account Managers and internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have previous sales coordinator experience, preferably in building and construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
