Apera is hiring three Sales Application Engineers to support its robotics, machine vision, and industrial automation business. The role combines technical pre-sales with customer-facing activities, including delivering demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions, translating customer requirements into proposals, advising on robotics and automation systems, supporting account planning, and improving sales win rates. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of application, solutions, or technical pre-sales experience, a strong background in robotics, machine vision, or factory automation, and a proven record of leading POCs, demos, and technical proposals. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 USD per year, with a target OTE of $99,000–$121,000 USD.
