Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Application Engineer in Los Angeles to develop technical architectures, sizing and estimation tools, electrical equipment specifications, CAD layouts, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for marine projects. The role partners with business development, engineering, supply chain, and technical writing teams, presents architectures to clients and shipyards, and may require occasional field work on boats or at shipyards. Candidates need at least two years of marine application, proposal, or design engineering experience, knowledge of marine electrical systems and high-voltage power distribution, CAD proficiency, and strong commercial and communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $145,000 annually, equity grants, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
