The role involves analyzing technical challenges, recommending products and applications, delivering technical demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. It is based in the Elgin, Illinois office, with a possible work-from-home option, minimal overnight travel, and occasional vendor-training travel.
