Description
The Sales Applications Engineer will support Altera's sales activities for programmable logic devices and related design software by providing technical product guidance, conducting customer demonstrations and workshops, assisting with design implementations and debugging, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with customers and engineering teams. The role requires a technical degree, 3–5 years of semiconductor applications or design experience, FPGA and embedded-systems expertise, HDL and FPGA design-tool proficiency, and fluency in Japanese and English. It is a regular Shift 1 position based in Tokyo (Regus), Japan, with possible domestic and occasional international travel.
