Smokemart & Gift Box is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide customer service, operate cash and EFTPOS systems, maintain product knowledge and store presentation, support merchandising and stock control, and work toward sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced Australian retail environment. The role requires a friendly, energetic customer-first approach, retail experience, and compliance with legislation, workplace health and safety, and security guidelines.
