Description
The Technical Sales Assistant will advise customers by phone, email, and at the counter; prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders; suggest parts, compatibility, and availability; answer questions and propose solutions; and maintain customer files. The role requires an automotive professional with a background as a mechanic, bodywork technician, or technical employee, technical knowledge of car parts, computer proficiency, customer orientation, and knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. No prior sales experience is required because internal training and guidance are provided.
