Gusti Leder Stores GmbH is hiring a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) - Working Student for its Bamberg store, working 15 or 20 hours per week. The role involves advising customers, recommending products, displaying bags and accessories, operating the point-of-sale system, processing payments, receiving deliveries, checking inventory, maintaining the store, and supporting DIY activities and sales promotions. Applicants must be enrolled students, communicate in German, have basic English, and be willing to work regularly on Saturdays; retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required. Compensation is up to €15.50 per hour, with paid overtime, a health bonus, sales commission, flexible hours, training, and an employee discount.
