Description
The Sales Associate will serve as the face of the Navy Exchange Service Command by assisting customers, recommending products and services, maintaining store appearance, processing payments, completing paperwork, and managing inventory. The role requires basic product knowledge, communication, mathematical, and multitasking skills, with retail experience preferred but not required. The position offers federal pay at the Non-Appropriated Fund NF-01 level, healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other military-family benefits, and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
