Aveo is seeking Sales Associates for its Brisbane retirement communities to support prospective residents through the sales process from enquiry to settlement. The role involves coordinating sales administration, assisting with tours and community events, maintaining CRM and marketing materials, supporting open homes, and liaising with residents, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. Candidates should have real estate, property, or customer service experience, strong administration and communication skills, and preferably current Queensland real estate registration and CRM proficiency. The package is $76,000 base plus super, a $5,000 car allowance, KPIs, and an OTE of $100,000 or more.
