Aveo is opening Expressions of Interest for Sales Associates at its North Shore and Northern Beaches retirement communities. The role supports prospective residents through enquiries, tours, calls, community events, CRM and marketing updates, and the move-in process, while maintaining sales-office presentation and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. Applicants should have real estate, property, or customer-service experience, strong administration and communication skills, and preferably current NSW Real Estate registration and Microsoft Office/CRM proficiency. The package is $76,000 base plus super, $5,000 car allowance, and KPIs, with an OTE of $100,000 or more.
