Description
The Sales Associate is an hourly retail role focused on delivering excellent customer service, building customer relationships, recommending products, processing transactions, maintaining merchandise presentation and cleanliness, supporting store operations and fulfillment tasks, and following asset protection and safety procedures. The role requires strong customer service, communication, technology comfort, schedule flexibility, and the ability to move around the store and lift up to 40 lbs.
