Berman Auto Group is hiring full-time Automotive Sales Associates at its Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, and CDJR dealership locations in Niles, Chicago, Lincolnwood, and Oak Lawn. The role guides customers through the car-buying process, conducts product demonstrations, evaluates trade-ins, explains pricing and loan terms, and follows up with customers. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, $125K+ potential, 25% commission on new and used cars, finance bonuses, volume bonuses, and $200 flats. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least three years of experience, with sales experience required.
