BLUME2000 is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for the grand opening of its store in Ratingen, starting 30.10.26. The role involves advising customers, selling flowers and plants, performing cashier duties, creating individual flower bouquets, presenting and restocking products, and participating in onboarding and training. Candidates should have a retail sales qualification or solid sales experience, at least B2 German, flexible availability for weekend, holiday, and early or late shifts, and an interest in floristry. The position pays €15 per hour initially and €16 per hour after completing bouquet-tying training, with bonus payouts, vacation days, pension, training, discounts, and other benefits.
