BLUME2000 is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Lübeck to advise customers, sell flowers and plants, perform cashier duties, create bouquets after training, and maintain product displays and shelves. The role requires strong German skills, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and ideally vocational retail sales training or relevant sales experience. Compensation starts at €15 per hour and increases to €16 per hour after completing bouquet-making training, with additional benefits including vacation days, a pension scheme, training, discounts, and a Wellpass membership.
