Description
Hot Topic is hiring a Sales Associate to provide customer service, cover the sales floor, process transactions, support add-on sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with planogram changes, communicate fashion and music trends, help prevent theft, and keep the stock room and store tidy. The role requires previous retail experience, strong customer service and selling skills, at least 16 years of age, and the ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack or unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
