Burton is hiring Sales Associates to provide customer service, support store sales goals, execute daily retail operations, attend community events, and perform store tasks such as point-of-sale operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and visual displays. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other store-related movements, and strong communication and customer-engagement skills; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
