Burton is hiring a Sales Associate to help launch its flagship store in New York City. The role involves customer service, achieving sales goals, supporting daily retail operations, attending community events, and performing store-opening tasks such as unpacking, stocking, housekeeping, point-of-sale operation, shipping and receiving, and building visual displays. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other store tasks, and strong communication and customer-engagement skills; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
