Burton is hiring Sales Associates to provide customer service, support store sales goals, execute daily retail operations, attend community events, and perform store tasks such as point-of-sale operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and visual displays. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other store activities, and strong communication and customer-engagement skills; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
