Description
The CB2 Sales Associate supports store sales and service goals by engaging customers, answering product questions, promoting promotions and brand initiatives, maintaining sales-floor standards, stocking products and displays, processing orders and returns, and following safety and loss-prevention guidelines. The role requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, familiarity with store technology and office equipment, and the ability to work flexibly; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
