Description
The CB2 Sales Associate supports store sales and service goals by engaging customers, answering product questions, promoting promotions, maintaining sales-floor standards, stocking products, processing orders and returns, and following safety and loss-prevention guidelines. The role requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, familiarity with store technology and office equipment, and the ability to adapt to a flexible retail environment; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
