Chico’s FAS, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to support store management, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandise presentation and store operations, process transactions, support replenishment and fulfillment, and build customer relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, adaptability to company technology, organization, multitasking, and availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is based at the Paoli Shopping Center and involves extensive standing and walking, occasional lifting, and frequent climbing.
