It requires at least three years of retail or showroom sales experience, prior experience in the design or building products industry, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of lighting technologies and control systems. The position is onsite, follows a rotating schedule, and offers a base salary of $74,000 to $78,000 plus a monthly bonus opportunity.
