Description
The Sales Associate guides customers in discovering home products, drives sales and SPH goals, provides product knowledge and customer service, processes payments, maintains sales-floor presentation and inventory, supports onboarding and store operations, and follows safety and loss-prevention standards. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, familiarity with POS and other store systems, and the ability to work flexibly; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
