Forge & Build is hiring a Sales Associate in Britt, Iowa, to serve as the front-line customer-facing representative for walk-ins and incoming calls. The role processes sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments; stocks, cleans, merchandises, and unloads merchandise; provides product knowledge; refers potential leads to outside sales representatives; and supports the BisTrack inventory and point-of-sale system. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and weekend work included.
