Forge & Build is hiring a Sales Associate at its Shelbyville, Tennessee facility to provide front-line customer service, handle walk-ins and incoming calls, process sales orders and quotes, support outside sales representatives, maintain store merchandise and cleanliness, and use the BisTrack system. The role requires customer service, communication, problem-solving, product knowledge, basic math, organization, and a valid driver’s license; it runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with weekend work and overtime pay after 40 hours.
