The Deutsche Telekom Privatkunden-Vertrieb GmbH is hiring a Sales Associate for its Telekom Shop in Straubing. The role advises customers on Internet, landline, and mobile communications products; handles complaints and problem resolutions; conducts product and service sales discussions; processes orders and maintains customer data; and supports sales promotions. Candidates should have retail sales training or comparable qualifications, initial sales or telecommunications product experience, direct customer contact skills, German at least at C1 level, and a current police clearance certificate after acceptance. The position offers a base salary of €2,960–€3,242 gross per month plus commission, onboarding and training, and the possibility of being taken over by the client.
