The Sales Associate will support Faherty’s customer service and retail team by providing product knowledge, authentic customer engagement, and a seamless omnichannel experience across retail stores and ecommerce. The role requires strong communication, technology proficiency, retail sales performance, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds.
