The Sales Associate will serve as a customer-facing member of Faherty’s customer service team, providing product knowledge, personal style guidance, storytelling, and authentic engagement in sustainable fashion. The role requires omnichannel awareness, technology proficiency, strong communication, retail sales performance, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
