Madewell is hiring a Sales Associate to represent the brand on the retail sales floor, provide welcoming and authentic customer service, help customers discover products and looks, drive sales, complete operational and product-related store tasks, and share customer feedback with management. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, fashion awareness, problem-solving, schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Compensation is $16.80–$19.10 per hour, with potential bonus programs, employee discounts, retirement matching, and other discounts.
