The Sales Associate will embody the J.Crew brand on the sales floor, assist customers in discovering their look, drive sales, support operational and product-related store tasks, and share customer feedback with management. The role requires customers to be at least 18, have scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
